Lord, Be with us in our times of grief-we know it is the price of love—we will pay this price.
Our grief is a part of who we are –we know it will change us forever –we can change.
Let us embrace our grief – we know it is
uniquely our own – we share it, but it is
still our own.
Grief has turned to tears—tears have turned to music—
Music touches our soul.
Our souls have been touched—we know that we are alive—
it is good to be alive even in pain.
Be with us in our times of grief—we know it is the price of love—we will pay this price.
